A Live Deep Dive with Dr. Abdallah Rothman
A Deep Dive with Dr. Abdallah Rothman – Between the Physical and the Spiritual” Deep Dive Replay
In this special session, Dr. Abdallah Rothman explores how tazkiyah — the purification of the self — helps restore balance between the nafs and the fitrah, allowing us to live with greater harmony, presence, and surrender.
Grounded in Modules 3 and 4 of the Foundations of Wellbeing course, this Deep Dive offers powerful insight into the tension between the nafs (ego-self) and the fitrah (natural disposition), and how realignment through tazkiyah reconnects us with our sacred rhythm.
