It depends on the course. Self-paced courses allow you to learn on your own schedule, while cohort-based courses follow a set schedule with live sessions and a shared learning experience. Each course page includes the expected time commitment so you can choose what works best for you.

For self-paced courses, you can return to the material whenever your schedule allows. Cohort-based courses have a set rhythm to support continuity and community, so we encourage you to consider your availability before joining. If something unexpected comes up, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to support you.

Self-paced courses give you the flexibility to move through the material independently and at your own pace. Cohort-based courses offer a more structured experience, with guided learning, live sessions, and the opportunity to learn alongside others in community. Both are grounded in Islamic Psychology and the Shifaa Method.

We believe financial circumstances should not be a barrier to learning. Scholarships and financial aid are available for eligible participants across our courses and other experiences. If financial support would make it possible for you to participate, we encourage you to apply.
