Throughout Ramadan, we will upload a set of guided practices designed to support presence, emotional steadiness, and gentle remembrance. These include short meditations for daily grounding and regulation, alongside a longer weekly practice for deeper reflection and inner settling.
The practices are simple, embodied, and spacious, created to meet you where you are, without pressure, performance, or expectation. You are invited to return to them at your own pace, allowing Ramadan to unfold inwardly as well as outwardly.
