Live cohort experience with Reehab Ramadan Aref
A Fitrah Approach to Women’s Holistic Health
A 4-week cohort program with Reehab Ramadan Aref supporting women in living with greater alignment to their cyclical fitrah.
May 9 – May 30, 2026
A practical, faith-rooted approach to cyclical living
Living Cyclically
A fitrah-based approach to women’s holistic health that invites a return to this natural order. Through understanding cyclical rhythms, participants are supported in cultivating physical well-being, emotional awareness and spiritual presence with greater gentleness and trust.
This live cohort experience builds upon the Living Cyclically recorded course, offering guided discussions, shared learning, and reflective space as you integrate cyclical living into daily life, alongside others, rather than alone.
This is not about doing more or moving faster. It is about alignment, presence and honoring the rhythms Allah has placed within you.
The recorded course is open to all participants. The live cohort sessions are intentionally women-only, as they involve reflective and embodied discussions that are best held within a contained, female-centered space.

The Program Promise
By the end of these four weeks, you will understand cyclical living as part of Allah’s design, and you will be able to name the rhythms that shape you, including the circadian and infradian patterns and how they influence energy, mood, worship, and daily capacity. You will have a clear, faith-rooted framework for the four phases of the cycle, and a more grounded relationship with what shifts in you across inner spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
You will also leave with practical ways to work with your cycle rather than push through it, including journaling and tracking practices, phase-aligned nourishment and self-care, and simple plans for daily life and relationships. The goal is not mastery, but a steady return to alignment, self-compassion, and a deeper recognition of the wisdom Allah placed within your rhythms.

LIVING CYCLICALLY LIVE COHORT
Your 4-Session Arc of Integration
This cohort is not a set of stand-alone lectures. It is a guided progression that helps you understand cyclical living as part of Allah’s design, then apply it with steadiness in real life. Each session builds on the one before it, moving from foundations, to the infradian blueprint, to the inner seasons, to a simple way forward you can keep returning to.
Each gathering combines teaching, reflective practice, Q&A, and shared inquiry. This is not content to rush through. It is a framework to live with.
Here’s what you’ll experience, step by step:
Session 1: Foundations of Cyclical Living, Fitra, and Rhythm
Begin by grounding cyclical living in the signs of creation. Explore cycles within day and night, seasons, and inner life, and clarify the difference between circadian and infradian rhythms. Leave with a simple reflection practice to identify your current “inner season” and where alignment may be needed.
Session 2: The Infradian Blueprint and Women’s Cyclical Wisdom
Understand the infradian rhythm as a second clock and why this knowledge was lost and needs reclaiming. Map the four phases, how they shape energy and emotional states, and how the infradian and circadian rhythms affect one another. Introduce nourishment as relationship and begin noticing your patterns without shame.
Session 3: The Inner Seasons in Practice: Spring and Summer
Move into lived application through the first two inner seasons: renewal and expansion. Explore the follicular and ovulatory phases through biological, emotional, and spiritual lenses, with practical guidance for intention-setting, communication, pacing, and phase-aligned nourishment and movement.
Session 4: The Inner Seasons in Practice: Autumn and Winter, Then Moving Forward
Complete the cycle by exploring the luteal and menstrual phases as preparation, release, and restoration. Learn how to work with sensitivity, boundary-setting, rest, and “divine maintenance” with greater self-compassion and clarity. Close by creating a simple plan for tracking, nourishment, and small consistent actions you can carry forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this program open to men?
Yes. The recorded Living Cyclically course is open to both women and men.
While the material centers women’s cyclical experience, men who wish to better understand cyclical rhythms and support the women in their lives with greater awareness and care are welcome to join.
Is the live cohort mixed or women-only?
The live cohort is intended as a female-only space. This distinction allows the live sessions to hold a depth of openness and embodied reflection that may not be appropriate in a mixed-gender setting. Men are encouraged to engage with the recorded course content.
Why might the live sessions be women-only?
The live sessions involve reflective dialogue, personal inquiry, and discussion of embodied and cyclical experiences that are often best explored in a women-centered space. This boundary is about care and containment, not exclusion.
Is this program still relevant if I am not menstruating?
Yes. Living Cyclically is not limited to menstruation. The course explores rhythm, energy, inner seasons, and fitrah-based design in ways that apply to women who are postpartum, post-menopausal or not currently cycling.
Is this program suitable for couples?
The recorded course can be a meaningful learning experience for couples who wish to develop shared language and understanding around cyclical living. The live cohort, confirmed as female-only, is intended for individual participation rather than joint attendance.
