Something in you already knows that you were not meant to do this alone.
The longing for real community. For connection that goes beneath the surface. For a space where the deepest parts of you can be held without judgment.
These are not small desires. They are, as the Islamic tradition understands it, part of how the heart heals.
In this week-long experience, Dr. Abdallah Rothman draws on twenty years of practice to explore one of the most overlooked truths of inner work: the nafs cannot fully know itself in isolation.
Real transformation unfolds in relationship, in the sincere companionship the tradition calls suhba.
What you'll experience
Not a lecture.
A lived experience.
This program is designed so you leave having felt something, not just heard something. Each element is drawn from the Shifaa Method, a framework rooted in Islamic psychology and developed over two decades of retreat and therapeutic practice.
The heart of the program
Why suhba is not a side benefit: it is how healing works.
The nafs, as the tradition understands it, does not reveal itself in isolation. It conceals its own patterns from itself.
Real transformation requires sincere companionship: not therapy, not community in a generic sense, but honest, grounded relationship that functions as both mirror and support.
This is why this program is not a webinar. It is a week-long live experience: two 90-minute sessions with Dr. Abdallah, and curated videos and reflections in between to keep the conversation alive between you and the community.

Dr. Abdallah Rothman has spent more than twenty years building spaces where genuine community and sincere inner work become possible together.

His work begins and ends with a conviction that suhba, sincere companionship, is not incidental to healing. It is the condition under which real change becomes possible.
